There are a number of different styles of goggles. The only thing that should really determine your choice is the shape of your face and how comfortable they feel to you.

After my first jump I decided to just go ahead and purchase a pair of goggles. On my first jump, all I did was get wind in my eyes, causeing me to tear up the whole way down. These prevented this on my sexond try.

I decided to use an analog altimeter rather than a digital for 2 reasons. First, the analogs are cheaper. Second, I prefer not to rely on electronics for something my life depends on.

My first 3 jumps i used the bullet helmet. Now I'll actually look normal jumping out of the plane.
