30 Days Paleo - No Cheating!
I am going to try and do 30 days strict paleo, with no cheats. No cheats means absolutely NO Dairy, NO Sugar, No Gluten. I will be doing 13.5 grams of fish oil per day, which comes out to be 15 gelcaps per day.
